Roller type front feeding structure with rounds, multipoint suction feeding, high friction, and high speed for smooth and accurate paper feeding. Left and right side baffle (computer touch screen control), electric adjustment block box, manual synchronous adjustment front baffle gap. Baffle equipped with pneumatic line device for more accurate paperboard transverse positioning. Main engine uses frequency conversion control for smooth start and operation, achieving up to 30% energy savings.
Pedal switch electrically controls printing roller clockwise or anticlockwise operation for quick printing plate changes. Each unit uses electric separation and combination, pneumatic locking, pneumatic lift plate, automatic ink distributing, and pneumatic brake fission positioning. When printing unit is open for washing, cylinder brakes all gears and maintains original location. Machine transmission uses cross slide block structure with free key connection to remove link clearance for smooth operation.
Die cutting roller: centrifugal casting steel cylinder, computer dynamic balancing correction, surface grinding, hard chrome plating. (Optional: free plate die cutting slotting steel knife mold for regular box slotting, corner cutting with box height synchronous adjustment function). Die cutting roller phase and axial adjustment: phase adjustment uses planetary gear type structure with PLC touch screen control and electric digital 360° adjustment; axial transverse uses PLC touch screen and electric digital adjustment with total adjusting range of ±15mm.
