1. Warranty Service
he whole machine is covered by a 12-month free warranty, and core servo drive components are covered by an 18-month free warranty.
2. Installation & Commissioning
All orders are delivered on-site by factory-certified engineers, who complete equipment positioning and installation, horizontal accuracy calibration, no-load operation test and full-load production commissioning, ensuring that the equipment reaches the factory-standard capacity, accuracy and operational stability upon delivery, and helping customers quickly enter mass production and profitability.
3. Operation Training
We provide systematic hands-on training for the customer's operation team on site, covering four core modules: basic equipment operation, daily maintenance, common fault troubleshooting and basic process adjustment. Adopting a theory-practice combined teaching mode, we ensure that trainees can independently complete routine production, daily operation and maintenance, and basic problem solving, reducing dependence on senior technicians.
4. Fault Response Service
A dual-track response mechanism of remote diagnosis + on-site service is established. Equipped with a digital remote service system, we can quickly troubleshoot conventional program and electrical faults. If on-site handling is required, certified engineers will arrive at the site at the first time to minimize downtime and production losses for customers.
5. Spare Parts Supply Service
Original spare parts for all series of equipment are stably supplied for a long time. Relying on a standardized warehousing system, common wearing parts and core functional parts are kept in stock with stable supply and efficient delivery.

The actual service scope for industrial equipment is affected by multiple factors, including but not limited to: basic industrial supporting conditions in different countries and regions, differences in power and environmental standards, transportation and logistics accessibility at the customer’s factory location, professional competence and operational standardization level of the customer’s on-site operators, customized configurations at the time of purchase (such as number of printing units, special functional modules, customized process adaptation, etc.), actual operating conditions, daily maintenance level and life cycle stage of the equipment. Therefore, this policy is for reference only. The final service scope, response time, warranty terms and cost provisions shall be subject to the formal business contract signed by both parties.
