The CC650 Automatic Die Cutting Machine from Dayuan Machinery is a food-grade high-speed die cutting equipment designed and manufactured in strict accordance with European industrial standards, specially built for ice cream cone sleeves. It has obtained EU CE certification and is exported to more than 80 countries and regions worldwide.
Equipped with imported Rexroth dual servo control system, it integrates four core functions: automatic web guiding, intelligent register tracking, precise tension control and finished product anti-curvature shaping. An independent dual servo embossing device (with special cone sleeve tear notch function) is optional. The maximum production speed reaches 400 strokes per minute with stable die cutting accuracy of ±0.25mm.
