Equipped with a multi-axis all-servo motor system, the entire process—including the main motor, embossing, feeding, material storage, and scrap material traction—is servo-driven. Operation is smooth with virtually no vibration, achieving a cutting accuracy of ±0.15 mm. The produced cup lids feature virtually no burrs or indentations on the edges, ensuring exceptional product consistency.

Mold changeover takes only about 1 hour, supporting rapid switching between multiple product specifications. With excellent material compatibility, the machine fully accommodates a wide range of common food packaging materials, including 35–150 μm aluminum foil, 60–250 g/m² paper, and 10–300 μm film. A single machine can handle the production of yogurt cup lids, coffee cup tear-off liners, ice cream sealing gaskets, sauce cup tear-off lids, and small tea can aluminum foil lids—significantly improving equipment utilization and reducing redundant production line investments for businesses.

Additionally, the molds feature built-in vacuum suction to prevent sheet drop and automatic counting functions.
