From September 16 to September 18, the 28th China Ice Cream and Frozen Food Industry Expo was successfully held at the Tianjin Meijiang Convention and Exhibition Center. At this annual event gathering the global ice cream industry, Dayuan Intelligent Manufacturing, as a key exhibitor in the field of paper packaging equipment, made a grand debut with its one-stop full-chain solution for ice cream cone paper sleeves—from flexographic printing, punching, and die cutting to sleeve molding, with a full line of equipment on display. It gathered with industry peers and new and old customers from home and abroad in Tianjin to discuss upgrade opportunities and development directions for ice cream packaging equipment.

At this exhibition, Dayuan Intelligent Manufacturing focused on a full-chain one-stop solution of "printing — blanking — forming," fully showcasing the full-process equipment capabilities for cone paper sleeve production:

Flexographic printing segment—Yuwang FLP650 fully servo flexographic printer, featuring full-process servo closed-loop tension control, maintaining ±0.1mm registration accuracy at 150m/min high-speed operation, laying a precise foundation for subsequent blanking and molding processes.

Blanking and die-cutting segment—CC450S cup lid die-cutting machine and CC650S blanking machine displayed together. The CC650S is equipped with a Rexroth dual servo system, achieving a positioning accuracy of ±0.15mm at 400 strokes per minute; An optional independent dual-servo intelligent embossing device enables easy-tear embossing of the cone paper sleeve.

Paper sleeve forming process—DYK7-S servo cone paper sleeve machine, 4-axis full servo drive, stable output of 350 pieces per minute, ± 0.1° taper accuracy, standard with Swiss Robatech hot melt glue system, forming from fan-shaped paper material to finished paper sleeve in one step.

Three pieces of equipment are displayed in succession, vividly presenting the complete process of a piece of paper from printing patterns to becoming an ice cream cone sleeve. Many customers stopped at the booth, following the production line step by step, showing strong interest in the one-stop solution that solves all problems in one line.

Every major industry event is a mutual exchange and growth.
